Rapport is simply the ability to gain trust in others. That magical moment where you are connected with someone on a level beyond words. Many people believe that this is a talent you either have or not, that it is some sort of gift. That fact is we've all experienced rapport in one form or another, though we may not have understood how or why it works

See there are recognizable steps in building rapport and these steps can easily be taught. What most people don't know is that 93% of all communication is done non-verbally at an subconscious level. Our body language and the tonality of our voice send subliminal messages that are picked in the subconscious of others

In the past, many sales people have believed that their job was getting a client to purchase their product or service with little regard to the true needs of that client. This is being "sold to" and it has left many people with a bad taste in their mouth about sales

When you apply the techniques of rapport along with the other tools we teach, no one has to be "sold to". People will be open and receptive to your ideas, they will be more interested to hear what you have to say. If  that is not happening for you right now, your ability to gain rapport may need an upgrade.
