HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon that we all go in and out of each day. It can be as easy as just remembering to breathe deep and relaxing breath in and out. Think of driving to work, the same way you drive to work every other day,  a day where you don't remember that you are thinking and there was something on your mind, as you pull up to the office, you are in a trance, wondering how you got there.

I'm not sure, how easy you can go into a trance, and experience that sensation of relaxation, deep down inside, wanting to come back to this place over and over again. You are in control, you always have been. In this state, when you think you can go into a deep trance, you will be in a heightened awareness and all you have to do is relax, easily and effortlessly and come back here as often as you can. As you do, you will be open to changes, at a deep unconscious level, if you can decide to let go and go and just relax. Let your eyes follow the page down and just go inside to experience a place you are comfortable and you won't have to go into a trance next time you come back and remember

Just scroll down with your eyes so that all you see is the spiral wheel and as you do remember to breath, just imagine how good you can relax and let go and forget of everything that wasn't there. Good, now all you have to do is concentrate into the middle of the spiral wheel and let it take you around your mind to that place you like to relax, that place of Designed Thinking:
