A New Dimension of Communication
In the past 25 years a new model of communication and excellence has risen in the field of human behavior, a science that rapidly breaks down the components
between what we think, what we understand and how we behave.
Most people believe that the words we speak are the primary source of our interaction. Based on clinical studies done over the past 30 years, 93% of our
communication is accomplished on a nonverbal level and almost all of it is achieved unconsciously. Yet, for the most part, we still only communicate to others and ourselves at a conscious awareness.
How helpful would it be if:
§ You could easily obtain rapid rapport with patient's, coworkers, or vendors?
§ You and your staff had a more resourceful state of mind at anytime?
§ Your staff could increase their efficiency?
§ You can imagine having the understanding to communicate with your patients in a way that ENHANCES their recovery time!
What we teach a rapid way to:
- Command rapport with others and increase patient relationship
- Handle people when they are upset
- Ask questions that will show how patients structure their thoughts
- Neutralize negative emotions and limiting decisions
- Get your patients in to an optimal state of mind
- Ensure that your communications are understood
It is unfortunate that so many health care providers are unaware of how their communications affect their patients.
We teach you how to avoid negative language, and send your patients in the direction of optimal health and healing. These techniques are also effective when cultural challenges arise, as good communicators are
flexible to nonverbal communication
This is Designed Thinking, teaching skills in the
ability to persuade compliance in those you care. Whether you are a nurse, RN, doctor, physician, or social worker, these skills will allow you to better deal with your patients. These tools are applicable in
hospitals, private practices, out patient programs, and office visits, anywhere you come in contact with others.
