There are always times in our life when additonal confidence or self-esteem would be welcome. For millions of Americans, low self worth only erodes away their ability to productively respond in comfort.

  • Do you worry how other people will react to what you say?
  • Are you afraid to express your emotions or point of view?
  • Has doubt in one area of your life spread into others?
  • How often do you compare yourself to the accomplishments of others?
  • Have you noticed yourself avoiding situations you may fail in?
  • In order to own self-esteem and confidence, there are a few steps that must be taken. First, there must be a solid foundation of trust and appreciation in one self. Like any foundation, it must be free of debris, which means old emotional wounds living in fear and hurt must cleanout and allowed to heal. The process does not need to take long, as these wounds are not made of flesh and blood. They are made up in memories of misunderstanding, abuse, and unresolved negative emotions.

In order to clean up these emotions, someone has to go inside and do the deed. There is only one person with the qualifications to take this journey into your mind and it is you. The thing that will scare people more than anything else in the world is to have to go and take a real look at who and what they are and most will avoid it at all costs. Why, because they believe they will have to relive the events, they will get so critical of who they are they may never get over it.

The good new is this does not need to be the case. At Designed Thinking we have guided hundreds in making this journey and every one of them has come out a better person. Our gentle approach is to make this process as comfortable as possible. We utilize the natural methods your mind possesses in healing old wounds and just speed the process up.

Once the foundation is clean, we can begin to build self-worth, self-esteem, confidence and methods of persuasive expression.
