The following is a list of common feeling states that all of us experience. The way we express these feeling states, both to ourselves and others, makes all the difference in the world to our quality of life. Say the words in the left-hand column to yourself, and notice how you feel when speaking these words. Break your state, and then do the same with the list of language upgrades appearing to your right. Notice the difference.
