Keys to an Achievable Outcome
Begin by asking yourself: "How is it possible that I don't have it now?"
Your highest outcome must be stated in the positive
What specifically do you choose to have (avoid contractions and things you don't desire).
Specify present situation
Where are you now?
Specify outcome
What will you see, hear, feel, etc. when you have it?
State it "as if now"
Make it compelling – the more, the better. What will this outcome get or allow you to do?
Insert into the future. Make future representation dissociated
Specify evidence procedure
How will you know when you have it? What unmistakable "proof" will be present?
Is it congruently desirable?
Are all parts of you in agreement with this outcome?
Must be self-initiated and self-maintained
Is it only for you? Must you depend on anyone else but yourself for this outcome?
Is it appropriately contextualized?
Where, when, how and with whom do you choose to have it?
What resources are required?
What do you have now and what do you require to achieve your outcome?
Have you ever had or done this before?
Do you know anyone who has?
Can you act as if you had it?
Is it ecological?
For what purpose do you choose to have this?
What will you gain is you have it?
What will you lose if you have it?
What will happen if you get it?
What won't happen if you get it?
What will happen if you don't get it?
What won't happen if you don't get it?
