Hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon that we all go in and out of each day. It can be as easy as just remembering to breathe in deep
and relaxingly breath out again. Think of driving to work, the same way you drive to work every other day. Some days you don't remember that you are thinking because you're so deep in thought, and something was on your mind, and as you pull up to the office, you are in a trance,
wondering how you got here.
Now on a daily basis, I'm not sure how easy you can go into a trance and experience that sensation of relaxation, deep down inside,
wanting to come back to this place over and over again. You are in control, you always have been. In this state, when you think you can go into a deep trance, you will be in a heightened awareness and all
you have to do is relax, easily and effortlessly, your arms can feel so heavy as you sit in your chair, reading these words and the thinking, knowing you can come back here as often as you can. As you do, you
will be open to changes, at a deep unconscious level, if you can decide to let go and go and just relax. Let your eyes follow the page down and just go inside to experience a place you are very comfortable and you won't even have to go
into a trance next time you come back here and remember that when ever you come back here, you can relax, only as comfortable as you can feel good
Just scroll down with your eyes so that all you see is the spiral wheel and as you do remember to breath, just imagine how good you can relax and let go and forget of everything that wasn't there. Good, now all you have to do is concentrate into the middle of the
spiral wheel and let it take you around your mind and you can relax, in your Designed Thinking:
