If you've ever been "in your game", or "zone"; you've experienced that perfect swing, and if you've done it once, then you can repeat it again. That golf swing will already be encoded into your mind and muscle! Our expertise is getting you back "in your game", quickly and effectively, every time you play. When you can set yourself in the proper frame of mind before and during the game, then  you're already won.

Internal Dialog

We are in constant dialogue with ourselves all day long and it either supports our activities or it doesn't. Becoming aware of how this self-talk affects you and learning how to take command of this internal dialog will impact the success of your game. Listen to a different voice, one that sounds the winner you're choosing to be

Internal Imagery

Your confidence increases when you create images of success. To often, our thoughts are concentrating on that last shot we missed, running it through our mind over and over hoping we will somehow make it better. Teach your mind how you view your game and then see imagery that matches your expectation.

Feeling Right

Once all this is in place, you should get the feeling that you've succeeded, just as if it has already happened. Your body will have that perfect swing memorized, all you have to do is let it happen. For those people who are challenged with visual exercises, this is even a more important step.

Installing Confidence

If you have experienced a challenge in performing around others, then there may some negative emotions haunting your past. We can assist you in allowing those past negative experiences to dissipate as your new found confidence continues to grow

Learning how to do this is where a personal coach, a sports coach can effectively help you improve your game. Sports psychology is not about giving golf tips, it is about your mind operating at its peak performance. When you learn how you make yourself unstoppable, how good will you feel then?
